Modern assistance systems form a central interface between driver, vehicle and environment. They ensure greater comfort, increase driving safety and prevent accidents. We support you throughout the entire development cycle to ensure that interactions are intuitive and simple.
Ever since the company was founded, work in the automotive sector has been at the core of our offering. The main focus here is on assistance systems that act as an interface between the driver, the vehicle and the environment. The primary purpose of these systems in vehicles is to increase driving safety and prevent accidents. They support the driver in controlling the vehicle and warn of potentially dangerous situations. It is therefore essential that the user interfaces are designed in such a way that they are intuitive and easy to use and do not distract from the traffic situation.
We offer our expertise throughout the entire development cycle. We conduct basic research in user studies, as well as needs and requirements analyses, design, implement and evaluate modern interaction concepts, validate prototypes during driving tests in one of our simulators and also with test vehicles, or plan evaluation studies for systems in advanced stages of development and carry them out with experienced test managers.
As part of efforts to make modern vehicles more autonomous, it is not only the occupants who are relevant addressees of assistance systems, but also other vehicles, the infrastructure or other road users such as cyclists and pedestrians. We can regularly offer important synergy effects here, based on work in our other key areas such as behaviour modelling and, of course, road safety.
