Usability and User Experience (UUX)
Usability and user experience of software and hardware are essential in order to manage tasks effectively and at the same time relieve and satisfy users. We use customised research and development methods to maximise the UUX for you.
User experience (UX) and usability are key factors in the design of products and services. Usability stands for the suitability for use (DIN EN ISO 9241-11) or user-friendliness of a product, while UX also encompasses the overall experience of the user, i.e. the user experience during interaction (DIN EN ISO 9241-210). Good usability and UX help users to complete tasks effectively and efficiently while having a positive experience.
We plan, develop and analyse the interactions between users and products or services across all industries. The aim is always to develop a deeper understanding of the needs, requirements, wishes, challenges and behavioural patterns of users and to incorporate these findings into the design. We use a broad portfolio of research and development methods to provide customised support for your project and achieve optimal solutions.
We research and develop using an iterative, user-centred process: after analysing the user group and their tasks, we first define the requirements on the basis of which initial design drafts are developed. These are implemented as prototypes and then iteratively evaluated and gradually improved by experts or users. In this way, we ensure that the product meets the requirements and needs of the user group and is optimally designed in terms of UUX.
